These tender, fall-off-the-bone pork ribs coated in a homemade BBQ sauce are sure to be the star of your next barbecue.

2 racks of pork ribs (about 3 pounds)
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
2 teaspoons garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Rub the mixture all over the ribs and wrap in foil.
Bake in a slow oven or grill at low heat for about 3 hours until tender.
Unwrap and grill on high heat for a few minutes each side to char slightly.
